SHAPE: Dr. Daniel Berman Addresses Concerns About Radiation Exposure from Imaging Techniques

The Society for Heart Attack Prevention and Eradication ( recently held it SHAPE Task Force II Meeting to begin deliberations related to an update of the groundbreaking SHAPE Guideline released in 2006. The Task Force expects to proactively address concerns about radiation doses from various imaging techniques and Dr. Daniel Berman tells there have been advances in recent years that have significantly reduced radiation doses. Berman is the Chief of Cardiac Imaging at Cedar-Sinai Heart Institute.
