Tesla Drive For Men's Health Orlando to NYC June 2014 Dr. Jamin Brahmbhatt & Dr. Sijo Parekattil

Dr. Jamin Brahmbhatt and Dr. Sijo Parekattil, Co-Directors of The PUR Clinic (Personalized Urology & Robotics, Clermont, Florida) announced the first ever Drive for Men's Health. The two Urologists will attempt a marathon drive from Clermont, Florida (just outside Orlando) to Times Square, New York on Thursday, June 12, 2014 in an all-electric TESLA vehicle. The drive will be done in collaboration with the National Men's Health Week (June 9-15). They will only stop to recharge the electric vehicle (30-45min every 150-200 miles). During these stops, they will take part in educational lectures and activities to raise awareness for Men's Health.



About Dr. Jamin Brahmbhatt and Dr. Sijo Parekattil: Both physicians are passionate about men's health and providing the highest standard of urologic care to their patients. They have completed dual fellowships in robotic microsurgery and infertility. They are active members of many local and national healthcare organizations. They frequently speak at local, national, and international events educating the public on urologic diseases, male infertility, chronic groin or testicular pain, sexual medicine and low testosterone. They have published multiple books and journal articles on their research interests.

We are putting together a very unique ‪#‎menshealth‬ event on June 12-13th, 2014: The ‪#‎TESLA‬ Drive for Men's Health. Dr. Sijo Parekattil & Dr. Jamin Brahmbhatt are attempting to set the Guinness world record for the fastest time in an all-electric TESLA car from Central ‪#‎Florida‬ to ‪#‎Manhattan‬, NYC (23 hr marathon drive). Along the way we are stopping every 150 miles at TESLA Supercharging stations and having experts from around the globe doing mens health education talks in person or via live webcast (we have over 40 speakers from over 30 institutions so far). The event is aimed at promoting mens health awareness in a non-threatening fun and exciting way incorporating cars & green technology.
