Eighty percent of my practice is oncology so I deal with cancer patients. These are patients who just got some really bad news. They’re stressed most of the time, and concerned from the unknown that comes with such a diagnosis. So I try to explain to them not just what we’re going to do but rather how we made the decision to advise them what we want to do. And I find that is very much appreciated by the patients.
