Dr. MacNeill received his medical degree from the Pennsylvania State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA, where he also completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency. Prior to joining Atrius Health, Dr. MacNeill directed the Vulvovaginitis & Vulvodynia Clinic at Penn State Health. He is a fellow of the International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease and is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
