Dr. Silver graduated medical school from the Temple University School of Medicine and then completed 3 year internal medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center. His training was completed with a 2 year invasive cardiology fellowship at the Deborah Heart and Lung Center. He maintains active hospital privileges in two hospitals in Scottsdale, Arizona.

He is board certified both by the American Academy of Antiaging Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also board certified in intravenous ozone administration as well as Insulin potentiation therapy (IPT).

Dr. Silver holds an active M.D. license in the states of Florida, Arizona, and California. He also holds an integrative and homeopathic medical license where he is currently practicing in Scottsdale, Arizona.
