Last week I sat down with Dr. Pamela Mehta, a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon at Resilience Orthopedics in San Jose, CA. Along with being named the Chief of Orthopedics and National Orthopedic Director for Surgical Affiliates Management Group, and operating her own practice WHILE RAISING TWO YOUNG CHILDREN - she is inspiring women to become surgeons! Dr.Mehta is a firm believer in #womensupportingwomen and is known for her dedication to advancing orthopedics.

As co-creator of #ShesAnEqual, Dr. Mehta is changing what it means to be a female surgeon and creating a true work/life balance while being an extremely passionate mother, wife, friend, and #entrepreneur.
