Dr. Phil Nivatpumin received his Sc.B. in Biology from Brown University. He went on to get his M.D. at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine where he graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. Afterword, he completed his internship, residency and hematology/oncology fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He also spent one year there as a chief resident on the Osler Medical Service.
He is board certified in internal medicine, hematology and oncology. He was appointed the medical director of the Kaufman Cancer Center in Bel Air, MD.
