This video was made primarily to teach other plastic surgeons that were unable to attend my teaching seminar in Loudoun Virginia outside of Washington D.C. but many of my patients have also found it educational.

It shows my technique of how the procedure can be performed in an awake patient without the need for general anesthesia. It shows the skin pattern to hide the scars inside the ear. But it also shows the technique for elevated the inside tissue ( SMAS ) that makes the procedure more long-lasting.

There are 3 basic ways to do a breast reduction. This video shows how I do a Lollipop style breast reduction which is designed for medium sized reductions. My technique shows how I minimize bruising and swelling but minimizing the use of cautery and adding tumescent solution. Pain is therefore minimal and recovery is faster. Breast lift is performed in a very similar way except the amount of breast tissue is reduced.
