The World Health Organization says nearly 1 in 3 people have a mental health disorder worldwide. That’s millions of children, spouses, siblings and friends.

Even if you don’t personally suffer from a mental health disorder, chances are, you know someone who does. And having an understanding benefits everyone involved.

I created this channel to teach you about mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and sleep just to name a few. I also include self-improvement tips to help you get the most of life.
